Booking is predominantly via the website. We use Paypal as a payment platform, however, if you don't use this facility, please email or text us directly and we can arrange an alternative payment method.

As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for non attendance at pre booked sessions. As parents of children, we understand how frustrating this can be, so if you let us know in advance, we will offer a credit towards a future session as we really want families and children to continue to learn in the fresh air!

To reassure you, the FAL team are qualified in pediatric and outdoor first aid. Certificates are available for inspection at any session and we update our training every 3 years.
If your child has any specific medical needs, do let us know in advance and make sure you bring inhalers and Epipens to every session.

We welcome volunteers at our sessions. If you want to find out more about the Forest or Beach School ethos, need to volunteer to work towards your Duke of Edinburgh's Award or just want to make a difference in your community, please contact us.
A current DBS certificate is required along with safer recruitment processes.

We are fully insured for the activities we provide. Our insurance certificate is available for inspection should you wish to view it.
We use a specialist provider of insurance for Forest School and close coastal waters which includes our beach school activities.
We do insist that, when parents remain at our sessions, they have full parental responsibility for their children.
The FAL team are trained to deliver activities involving fire, tools, tree climbing and any other activities involving risk through play.
